TABLES OF JOY: A JEWISH COOKBOOK COLLECTION

This project is still a work in progress, which I will be updating as I go along. I am making a Jewish holiday cookbook collection for Jewish Americans aged 18 to 30 so that they can learn more about their history/culture through food.
The audience is Jewish Americans (ages 18–30) who have lost touch with their culture and history. I want it to be modern and engaging while still relating it back to the older history/culture of Judaism. The content includes recipes for different Jewish holidays, Shabbat, Rosh Hashanah, Hannukah, Passover, and Purim, which are joyous holidays filled with traditions revolving around food and celebration. I am also including a section with more information on the history behind each holiday. This will be a collection of 5 books, so the content will be split between all 5 books, one per holiday.

Right now, I have finished the first final draft of the Shabbat book. I am currently working on taking better pictures of the recipes, and incorporating more color into the book as a whole.
